Complaint Review: Berkeley Premium Nutracueticals

I ordered the free trial of the Alvimil which cost me 4.95 to have shipped. The salesperson asked if I would like to have this stuff shipped automatically every two months. I said no I just want the free trial. She insisted that it would take more than a month for it to start working. I still said no to the offer. I just wanted the "free trial."

About two weeks later I recieved the box with two packages of alvimil in it. I called the company and I told her that I didn't order this and that I specifically stated that I did not want to be on autoship. She said that they could not issue a refund and asked if I read some piece of paper in the first sample pack. I read some if it I guess. She said since you didn't read that lettle piece of paper we can't refund your money. I said this is ludicris (spelling) You can't tell me that my refund is contingent on me reading a piece of paper! I asked to speak with her boss. One was on the phone and the others were in a meeting. I bet they were ordering more trojans and lubricant. I told her that I would hold.

In about five minutes she came on and spoke for her boss who was still on the phone. She gave me a cancellation number for the autoship. I tried to get her to agree that this was crazy but she was well trained to say, "our policy states..." Now here's the kicker, I explained what I did to start with and she told me that the order takers could not keep the autoship from happening. I'm not done with these guys. I am contacting my credit card company to have them blocked from my account and let them know that they ripped me off. There is a reply on here that has the owners phone number and address. Give him a call on your cell phone or pay phone and tell him you have a free trial offer on a new kind of personal lubricant from the Ben Dover Co.. He needs to be bothered. E me if you have a game plan I will go out of my way to join you.
