Untrustworthy maintenance staff and the Berekeley Trace Apartments rent is high. Berekeley Trace Apartments in Bensalem PA 19020 has the noisest apartments I have ever seen and the apartments are not well-maintained. This is the worst place I have ever lived. I Would not recommend Berekeley Trace Apartments in Bensalem PA 19020. They have bugs, old rugs and are just down right nasty when it comes to customer service.
