Berkley Pharmeceutical ripoff fraudulent billing altovis Cincinnati Ohio
I saw the commercial for the FREE sample of Altovis pills. I went to the website and ordered the FREE pills and agreed to pay the $4.50 shipping fee. NOWHERE in the description of what I was getting did it say that I was ALSO joining a membership plan to get more Altovis sent to my home and my credit card charged $70.
When I contacted the company about the $70 charge, they said there is no way for them to refund me the money, and that they don't have the ability to do so. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I filed a fraudulent charge on my check card with my bank. We'll see what happens.
