The diet product is unsafe for me and I was told by the representative on the phone when I ordered it that I would have to cancel my perscription either by phone or on the site: www.askberkley.com. No one answers the phone and the site does not exist.

I received my trial offer, after 2weeks I could see this was not doing anything for me I tried to call the company the representative did not give me the right number. I then received a charge for $70.00 on my credit card statement. This was suppose to be after the 30day free trial. They charged my credit card on the Aug 27 scarcely 14 days of my trial period and received a a pkg today Sept 04 2004 (Saturday) of course being the weekend they voice told to call during business hours if canceling go to their web site WWW.askberkley.com. No information on how to cancel bogus website

I am a medicare and social security disability beneficiary and at only 51 years old I'm not use to not having any energy, so I was easy prey for a company promising results from their nationally televised product Altovis. When I contacted the company they told me I would only be charged for shipping $4.99 and that if the product did not prove effective I could call back and cancel the at charge future shipments.
I have never been able to contact them since and so I'm just settling in for the BIG RIP OFF. I am so tired of being ripped off by these kind of slease bag companys that I will no longer trust any company I am not directly in front of and can see at least an ability by physical address to find the SOB's when they rip or try to rip me off. I sincerely hope that everybody at their company drop dead of AID.s or something, the Bastards, were do they get off stealing from innocent victim's

I made an order for the free trial sample for three of their products after hours off one of their commercials and I assumed cancelling my membership would be just as easy but I am due to be billed tomorrow and as yet have been getting the run-around while attempting to avoid this charge to my credit card which I really can't afford and according to my observations of the ingredients list I can buy everything they put in their capsules from any natural food store for a fraction of what they are charging. So I am continuing my attempts to cancel my uh "membership" before they charge me the big bucks. Sincerely,
