Berkley Premium Nutraceuticals, Enzyte charged my credit card without my knowledge and won't give me a refund. rip-off! Cincinnati Ohio
I regret my husband and I did not check the rip-off report on this company for Enzyte. Basically the product does nothing, it's herbal and is a placebo. Our credit card was charged w/out our knowlege and we were signed up for shippments every 2 months w/out our knowlege.
When we called to cancel future shipments and get a refund we were told NO REFUNDS...very clearly. They said we could return the shipment when it comes, but still would get NO REFUND!!! So what would be the purpose of returning them and still having to pay for them.
My husband asked to talk to a supervisor, which after a very lengthy wait, came on the phone with attitude and consistantly repeated there's no way you get a refund. They offered a credit for $10.00. Why would you want a credit, they ripped you off and you'd have to purchase something else from them to use it.
Basically this company is walking a very thin line of being illegal. We've learned the hard way to check the rip-off report first before we buy anything online or otherwise. BUYER BEWARE!!!
