Do NOT do business with this company.

This firm is poorly managed from top to bottom.

Company Name:  Berkshire Hathaway HS Fortune Group Properties of Palm Coast FL.
Type of Firm: Real Estate Broker and Property Manager
Broker's Name:  Victoria Mounteer

The broker has intentionally failed to return a fully refundable deposit.  The company sent us a letter which clearly states that they owe us money.  However, instead of sending us the money, they continue to use stalling tactics.  So much time has passed that we have no other option but to pursue legal action.

The broker is obligated by Florida law to return refundable deposits within the time frame specified by statute.  Instead of complying with the law, the broker continues to hold the money way past the due date.  They have received multiple written demands for payment from us.  They have acknowledged in writing that they owe the money.

Repeat:  Do NOT do business with this company.  They are deadbeats.

My company manages many residential and commercial properties with professionalism and it is unfortunate that this report was written by this tenant who harrassed my property manager and myself before this was resolved.
