I answered an ad in the local Memphis newspaper after having been unemployed from a previous property management position. During the initial interview with a (ha ha) VP at Haldane, I was fed the proverbial BS about how I needed to broaden my horizons. By doing so, I would allegedly open up other opportunities and command a salary double of what I had been making.

A test was given and an appointment set up with my wife. It ain't gonna happen! I am glad that I stumbled across your website. At that time, I wrote a nice nasty letter to Haldane's office in Memphis indicating to them several website addresses I found that gave the reality of their so-called services. I then let them know that the appointment was cancelled. How dare a company prey on those that are unemployed, underemployed, etc.?!

It is obvious that a person is serious if they resort to attempting to use a service such as Haldane's. Again, I am just thankful that I found the information about their company although I wasn't looking for it. I was actually looking for positive testimonials from people who had used Haldane's services. Thank God for the internet!!!

DON'T NEED SCAM ARTIST TO FIND A JOB

Tue, October 16, 2001

On the 8th, I went to Bernard Haldane's office in Memphis. In the meantime, my resume bombarded several free websites and I continually searched websites and the newspaper for available jobs. Also, I sent resumes to tons of businesses in this city, whether they advertised an available position or not. Guess what? Without having to spend $10,000, $5,000, or even $15, I secured suitable employment today...WITHOUT BERNARD HALDANE AND THEIR SCAM ARTISTS! The only cost I incurred was the $12 phone bill for faxing resumes long distance! With the money I saved, I think I'll take the family out to eat!
