Complaint Review: Bernard Haldane & Associates

A few months after filing my ripoff report and at least getting BHA to be gentle while ripping me off, I was contacted by ABC News 20/20 about a story on BHA. Now all of a sudden, BHA has started a task force, headed by Liz Voegel and Maxine Datner at Bernard Haldane's Princeton Office. They are paying off disgruntled customers... giving them a full refund in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement. Now if BHA didn't have something to hide, why are they paying people off to keep them from letting the truth be known? With each step in this unfolding saga that has been my battle with BHA, I am further convinced that, not only are they a scam, they've gotten very good at hiding their corruption.
