After writing the Overland Park Kansas Office up in the rip-Off report, my husband also turned them into the Kansas Attorney General's Office in Topeka. Yesterday, 3-18-02, my husband got a call from one of their RETIRED counsellors, wanting to know what he could do. Not one of the VP's or someone with any authority, mind you, but a retired individual. Thanks for nothing, Haldane. I found out a few days ago that Haldane in OP has been in trouble with the Kansas AG back in 1999, and the Kansas City Star did a story about it back in 2000. We are now considering legal action, if Haldane doesn't respond to our satisfaction with the AG's office pushing them. Will keep the site posted. IF YOU THINK THEY RIPPED YOU OFF--SEND A LETTER TO YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL! Maybe if enough state's AG's complain, the Justice Department might step in?

For anyone ripped off in KC - take note: the ONLY person you should deal with is Reed Freeman - he owns the Overland Park franchise of Bernard Haldane Associates. Don't mess around with the others - they are the snakes that ripped you off in the first place!
