Well, another military retiree taken advantaged of for $4400...wish I had seen this site before 8/31/01. I felt more qualified to be the advisor...I gave advice on how to improve the boring useless seminar, or workshop. This is the sort of stuff I taught in the Air Force.

I taught better bullet statements. I taught communication skills. I taught presentation skills. I am more organized, more prepared...and thought, gee, I should have his job. And get this, he said he probably couldn't do what we are going through (meaning us poor saps).

Timeliness was not a concern of BH. And I even was telling BH folks what was going on with its employees--since I did so much sitting there, hearing conversations. My only referrals--talked to two other clients in the training field--dead ends. That's been my help, notta. So here I sit, unemployeed still, no interviews, no checking on this client...I guess it wasn't due to my critical feedback form after the seminar.

They just don't care, do they? As long as they get paid. I'm so glad I defended a country that allows a company to steal, kill, and destroy. Ya know I asked why they use LBJ and JFK as proof support for its success...the support is over 30 years old and it's dead. This unethical treatment of clients should have been dead a long time ago.

I was just about to go this company for help, but after doing some research and looking at your information on this company. I will not be spending any money with the Haldane people in Charlotte. I had met once with these people and they would not give me any references, so, I got suspicious and started digging in for info. It was hard to find anything out about the Charlotte location and actually hard to find out much about
the company period, other than the Internet. I am glad I read your info and good luck on getting your monies returned. These people need to be arrested.

Rebuttal:

You are not at a Dead End--far from it. There is definitely something you can do. You're a prime candidate for a small claims case. These people have breached their own contract by not providing the services promised.



File a small claims case and provide the court will a copy of all the complaints you see here.



Then contact Haldane and tell them what you intend to do. Also let them know that you intend to contact 20/20 and 60 minutes. The only way they can make you happy is to give you a complete refund.



If you paid them with a credit card I'd like you to try and push the envelope and file a charge back claim.



Your issue is far from over, it's only just begun. More than that, it's obvious from your writing style you have verve. Not even I would try to put one past you.
