Bernard Haldane Associates Employment Service Rip-off many victims USA and Canada, counselors quit or got fired
Job hunters beware! Bernard Haldane is out to steal your money. I should know because they took me to the cleaners and theyll do the same to you too if you let them. Here is what happened to me, a few months ago, I saw Haldane's ad in the newspaper and I decided to give them a call. At which time, they invited me to come in for a "free" consultation.
However, when I got there, a Haldane representative told me that if I wanted to learn more about their services, I'd have to sign a contract with them. When I told her I wasn't sure if I could afford Haldane's services, she told me they didn't like working with people who were hesitant about signing with them because that showed a "lack of commitment" on their part.
Despite my doubts, I decided to sign up anyway. To my surprise, I received little, if any, help from Haldane as I ended up doing most of the work. Their weekly "counseling" sessions weren't very helpful either, if anything, they were a waste of time.
Incidentally, I never worked with the same "counselor" more than once as every one of them eventually quit or got fired.
In the end, I spent $3,500 for nothing as I never got the type of job I wanted. Accordingly, I would advise all job-hunters to avoid Haldane at all costs! Haldane deceives and cheats people out of their money by using false advertising and high-pressure sales tactics.
So if you're looking for sound advice on how to find another job, your best bet would be to read "Job Hunting for Dummies." JHFD is an easy-to-read book that spells out the most effective ways to find a job and it does so in a clear and concise manner. JHFD will do more for you than Haldane ever could and it will do it in a lot less time and FOR A LOT LESS MONEY!
