I have fortunately read many of my fellow Haldane Clients and am in process of trying to receive some sort of refund of my $4275.00 paid to Bernard Haldane & Associates in January 2001.

Unfortunately have not found my ideal career position out of my present career field and don't even have a career advisor due to his leaving the company. Did he know something I did not????

Well fellow rip off'd's I will be in contact if I hear of any refund even if it is half.

Sincerely,

BRY

#2Consumer Suggestion

Tue, November 12, 2002

My husband signed up with Haldane of Tacoma back in Feb of 2002. In July they closed their office and reopened in Federal Way a few months later. They refused to return calls and by then we wanted all of our money back. I went back to our VISA and put a claim in and also contacted the city of Federal Way about picketing the new office.

They informed me that it was city property so there would be no problem. I then contacted the Fed. Way office by fax and notified that I would being setting up a picket on a certain day unless I received my refund. Finally I received a phone call and they wanted to meet with us to come up with a solution. On the same day our Visa refunded our money even though it was well over the 90 days. They are now going after them. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. My next move was to contact the media. They HATE publicity and I believe that gets their attention. But do try VISA if you put it on a card. GOOD LUCK.
