I signed a contract for $5250.00 dollars on November 14, 2002. On that date I put $3500.00 on my credit card. The charge took me over my authorized credit card limit; the vice president, named Deron suggested that I do this to see if the charge went through which it did.

The next day I decided to cancel my contract by following the procedures outlined in the contract. One of the reasons was I was not ready to spend such a large amount of money to find a job, especially right before Christmas. The other reason was that I was encouraged to go over my credit card limit.

The company attempted to talk me out of the cancellation and told me that I would be alone and couldn't find a good paying job without such service. I still cancelled and was informed that it would take 30 days to get the $3500 refunded to my card.

Today is is January 17, 2003 and the $3500 still has not been credited to my card. Someone by the name of Hank at the same company told me last Friday that the charge had been reversed.

Over the last 30 days, I have emailed and called for Deron and just recently Hank. They do not return my calls.

So, I was charged a $35 fee by my card for going over the limit and have been paying interest on the $3500. Help help help.
