Complaint Review: Bernard Haldane Carolyn Kilbourn

I have had several appointments with my so-called career counselor at Bernard Haldane Associates. I have never felt so stupid and cheated in my life. But this can happen to anyone and I seriously believe that they prey on the vunerability of unemployed educated people. I actually gave Bernard Haldane the benefit of the doubt. I had heard that this might be a scam. My (sales) consultant, Mrs. Jan Mathis Kevan, really had me going. She was very outgoing, aggressive and she seemed to know all the questions that were going through my head. She a slick lady and you really can see the evil in her eyes. I didn't stick with my gut instinct but to follow her advice and "change my life and get the best career I can. Too bad she has decided for months now not to return any of my phone calls. After I haven't had an interview for months. Most of my dissatisfaction though is with Carolyn Kilbourn, who is my advisor. I haven't met anyone as disorganized as this lady in my life. And she really doesn't give a s**t about me. For example, Every half hour appointment I have with her she's about 15 minutes late each time and never apologizes. She always blames it on the client before me, I feel bad for them. She doesn't help me do anything and it took at least 5 appointments just to write my g*%$#@ resume. The woman is an airhead who doesn't give a d**n about my career except for the money she made on my sale! Just beware!!! This company has brought me nothing but headaches and an empty wallet. They can't help you anymore than you can help yourself. So go to the library and maybe pay $300 for someone else to write your resume, because that's about all this company does!!!!!!!!!!!!!
