Complaint Review: Frank Douglas Horne

I paid almost 6k to these people for NOTHING. I had few meetings with them demanding the production of a resume that was, by anyone's standard, written badly. It was two months late in coming. The promise of help with FINDING a job in my geographical location was non-existant, although it was assured. I asked for video taped roll playing on each visit and it was administered ONCE. (explanation: no tapes in the house and couldn't bring my own)

I got to listen to my instructor's aspirations to begin college courses on behalf of his "...long time buddy, Bernard Haldane". Boring and not helpful to me. I asked for written material and was told that I could sit in the BH "library" and read; there were no books by Bernard Haldane on the external market. (look at Books a Million or Amazon online and see how truthful that was). The senile instructor has sent emails to me claiming to be infected with a virus with the disclaimer that he did not send them. They employ kookie old nuts with psych. problems ... obviously.

Their "innovative approach" is to go see 40 people a week that you don't know and ask about jobs that don't exist.
