I bought a Queen Anne foosball table manufactured by Berner Billiards.  It was sent with screws that were too long, so that when we assembled it, the screws poked through and damaged the wood on the outside of the table.  This foosball table is more expensive than most because it looks like a fine piece of furniture.  Despite this being completely their fault for sending the wrong screws, Berner Billiards refused to replace the foosball table or even to allow us to return it.  Do NOT buy anything from Berner Billiards - they clearly do not stand behind their products and cannot be trusted.

Foosball Table Assembly

I sell pool tables and gameroom equipment for a living. I have also had the opportunity to put together several of Berner Billiards products. I have found that the items that I have had experience with were well packaged and the parts were complete. I do know that Berner is NOT the actual manufacturer but the importer and sometimes the product will have an item broken in the box or a part missing. However in this case, this was not the problem. If this happens call Berner immediatly. If you wait several weeks to put the item togther, it will be harder to negotiate a fix for your problem.

I have built many foosball tables from many manufacturers. The vast number of small parts can be intimidating when attempting to build one of these tables, which is why many of my clients choose to have them built by me.

The directions indicate not to use a power screwdriver or drill when inserting this woodscrew. The use of a power driver can easily over drive the screw and cause it to penitarte through the cabinet.
