Complaint Review: Bernina Sewing Center

Bernina Sewing Center Owner Gregor worked on my machine, and he is not in on Monday's Mr. Gregor worked on my machine, and he said he took a picture of the inside to show me what was wrong and what he did.  Temple Terrace Florida

I took it to another dealer near by and he worked on it while I watched, and told him what Mr. Gregor did, and when he took my machine apart there were no terminals in there that needed to be cleaned. He took a picture of another machine and said it was mine.

 

To Whom it May Concern: I am writing in regards to my sewing machine that I had Mr. Gregor fix, as he was the only dealer who works on my type of machine. I brought it down to have him fix it, and alls it needed was a foot pedal. I bought the foot pedal, and he had me leave my machine to clean and oil it, so I left it with him. When I got home I had a call from the lady who gave me the machine, She said she gave me the wrong pedal, therefore I called Mr. Gregor and asked if he would take the one back I bought from him, and he said he would, so I went the next day to get my machine, and he showed me a picture of the inside of what he did. He showed me a few terminals, that need to be cleaned and said he oiled it. 

Well, I brought it home, and it worked great, then I had to have it fixed again, and my girlfriend that was with me at the time, told me about another place close by, so I went to him, and he had me sit there while he went and took it apart, and I was telling him about the terminals, and Low and Behold, Mr. Gregor took a picture of someone else's machine and showed it to me, and there was not one (1) terminal in my machine, nor was it ever oiled when he cleaned it. Talk about a Rip Off. I paid him by Visa, and I can't find the bill, but will see if my bank can help me, as I  have a new card now, as someone tried to get into my account

I the consumer who wrote About Bernina Sewing Center, That he worked on my Sewing Machine, and I thought he ripped me off. Well Mr. Gregor called me and explained that the problem he solved was in the light/motor part, and that I could not see it unless I took that part apart. which wasn'st done, therefore I could not see what he fixed.

 I am writing to say, that He is a reputable Dealer, He did fix my machine so it worked again. I apologize to Mr. Gregor, and to all those who read this, and I retract my statement.
