I wish I had seen the complaint from 2012 on this site before I bought a car from this guy Bill. I bought a complete piece of Cr*p from this guy, he works out of a motel called the B Cozy at 1200 Niagara Falls Blvd in North Tonawanda which is actually illegal because when I called NYS DMV Investigator he said the car Dealer Bernz Auto Inc is only licensed to sell cars from a Niagara Falls address and selling cars from the motel is a big violation. I was told the car I bought needed no repairs and the next morning it wouldnt even start and come to find out there were a lot of hidden problems and when I called Bill he said it was my problem and he wasnt doing anything at all to help. The investigator said this guy is a well known scammer and will eventually be shut down and all I could do is file a complaint and sue them. I should have known better than to buy a car from a motel that reminded me of Norman Bates or the Hills Have Eyes people.

If you want a perfect car go and buy a new one, when you buy a used car you get what you pay for, it's not gonna be perfect, it might break down some day, that's what machines do, don't blame me, I'm just the dealer I didn't build the car, why should I have to take all the risk, you want something cheap, you want a lower price but then you expect me to assume all the risk and pay for anything that goes wrong. Seriously, if you have a problem just call me at (((Redacted))) and talk to me, I may not give you what you want but I will at least listen to your problem.
