Beware of Berry Sanchez!
Age - 29 (looks mid to late 20s - not sure if 29 since he may have lied about that too!)
He's about 6'0 170-190lbs dark, long straight hair (little past his shoulder - wears ponytails)
brown eyes hispanic/german mix (1/2 mexican, 1/2 german so he says)
I met him originally in a dance club and gave him my number. I went out on a few dates after that - mostly pretty casual and he seemed liked a nice guy. The problems started happening when he ended up living with me only a month later!
He claimed to have lost his job (said he worked at a construction company but who knows?) and that he need a place to stay until his brother moved to Florida in 2 weeks. I had an extra room at my house so I decided to let him 'crash' there for those weeks as long as helped with the cleaning and grocery bills. He turned out to be the living freeloader from hell!
Here is a list of his misdeed, lies, and scams done upon me during the stay -
Week 1 - lied about ex-girlfriend (caught them making out when I got home from work), stole about 100 dollars in cash around the house, didn't pay for anything like the damaged PS2 system (spilled beer on it), the broken chair, and trashed the place (no cleaning, no help with grocery bills).
Week 2 - charged up 200 dollars in long distance (disputing it with the telephone company now), broke my antique mirror (from my grandma!), ordered pizza everyday on my charge card, found dirty condoms around the house (maybe with his so-called 'ex' or some other lady(s) - it wasn't with me!), lied about his brother (i caught him talking to his brother on the phone and did a redial and found that his brother lived in Orlando already and wasn't planning on letting Berry live with him at all), insulted my mom and friends on the telephone (said some nasty words, hit on my friends).
After week 2, I called the cops and had him kicked out! He started crying and saying that I was a 'mean' woman. The only mean person is him! The b*****d left me with 1000 in damages and a broken heart!

Sorry to make a 2nd post but I looked around the site and realized that Berry really isn't a guy that needs to be posted on this site.
Berry isn't a deadbeat -, he doesn't hurt con people intentionally, he doesn't abuse people. He does like to 'borrow' a $20 from you but he will pay you back eventually.
I will need to ask Berry more about this Rhonda person the next time I talk. I don't think Rhonda is outright lying but I just don't think she is telling us the whole truth. Maybe she didn't make it clear that Berry should buy groceries, maybe Berry just didn't have any money then.
If a playstation broke, maybe it was already kindof old and ruined before he used it. Berry would never try to intentionally break things. When Berry was living with me, he knocked over a a lamp. But it wasn't just his fault because the lamp was in a bad spot. I didn't make him pay for it because it was a crappy old lamp but he would have if I bothered him enough.
Berry hasn't been employed in my knowledge for the past few months with the economy so bad. If Berry confesses to breaking and borrowing stuff from Rhonda, I will make sure that he sends her a check when he gets another job. Berry can be slow to paying things back but if he has the money - he will do it.
Like I said before, Berry isn't a bad guy. He just has a few faults but is basically decent. He shouldn't be included with people who intentionally harm, steal, and con people like some of the companies and people on this website.

I was sent a link to this site and it looks like my brother is getting into trouble again!
I am mentioned in the original report as the brother who was called. Berry did call me a month or so ago asking for money. I had no intentions of letting him try to stay at my house again! I haven't heard from Berry in over a month. He does work in construction sometimes. He doesn't hold down a full-time job often.
I did receive a phone call right after Berry's call from this Rhonda girl. I told her that Berry isn't staying with me and felt sorry that she was Berry's current girlfriend. Some guys like to take advantage of innocent or naive women and Berry is that kindof guy!
Berry is not all bad. He is just a freeloader. He spends most of his time living with girlfriends or friends and family - always trying to avoid the monthly bills and rents. I don't know why Berry would be so stupid to bring home other ladies while he was getting free rent or try to break things. That could be false but I don't know. Berry is a nice guy and I don't think he has too many problems other than being lazy and trying to freeload. He isn't violent, he isn't really a menace to society. He is just Berry. Love him or hate him, it's a judgement call you need to make on your own!
P.S. - that lady in Miami is making jokes. She isn't describing my brother. Maybe she should tell us where she is getting her information.

I have no idea why you keep on filing those untrue rebuttals. I don't know if you are troll, just confused, a friend of Berry, or Berry himself but your lies are rather stupid and make no sense if you read my original post. Why?
Facts -
1) Berry Sanchez spells his name "Berry" and mentioned a few times how it was 'different' than the common spelling of Barry. You are right that I didn't see his birth certificate but I had no reason to believe that he spelt his name differently than he claimed. He would also use the nickname "Smiley" and sign his name with a smiley face in place of the first name (i.e. :) Sanchez).
2) I have no kids.
3) This incident took place in February of 2003. I met him in January of 2003. I only knew him for a little over a month and half. This is not a long-term relationship or incident.
4) No malt liquor, no weaves, no mullets, no old people homes, no greyhound races, and no turkeys were involved in this incident.
5) I do not have an arrest record and like I said before - I was conned by Berry only a month after meeting him so there is no history of 'bailing' me out.
Are you sure you aren't confused with another 'Barry Sanchez' in Florida? Sanchez isn't too uncommon of a name so I'm sure there are quite a few "Barrys" or even a "Berry" or two running around. If my friend gets the pictures developed, I should have one posted in a week or two showing this guy so maybe this confusion and lies will stop!

Berry Sanchez is his real name! Yes, it is Berry as in the fruit and not the more common Barry.
If you want to post fake rebuttals, please at least spell the name right! The stories you posted are all lies and that should be obvious to anyone (mullets? malt liquor?). Girl, you'd better STOP your lying. "Rhonda", you know who you are! The truth is "Rhonda" spilled MALT LIQUOR on the PS2 that Barry bought for the orphanage.
