BerryLook Accepted my order and received the payment on 10/07/2018. No items received nor notice of when I would Internet

Ordered 2 items online on 10/07/2018 and paid by credit card on same date.  this was confirmed.  After calls for tracking number, I finally received an email on 10/21/2018 that  my items were shipped out and received a tracking number that is not correct.  I have emailed daily for order information, but no response
