Long delay in shipping. Tracking was fake. Clothing order was 2XL and I got child size shirts like 5 year old. the section on Website for exchange and returns tell customer nothing on how to process exchanges and where to send it. They say if complaint file Berry Look Resolution Center when you click on it ... it goes to the "exchange and returns" information but nothing on where to send it.
This company looks great on internet and is praying on customers to purchase items but in then end all clothing is from CHINA and it is child size clothing. clearing the website is showing adults modeling the clothes. It is not mistake other customer have same issue with excessive delay in shipment and tracking is fraud no real company idenfied on who is doing the shipment and receiving child size shirts. Fraud Fraud Fraud.
