Berrylook Charged credit card and never sent merchandise Internet

This company got the money for my order and never sent any merchandise. They informed me of two items that were out of stock but never gave a refund. I have contacted them several times without any satisfaction. I made my order almost 2 months ago and have not received merchandise or any refunds. They continue to send ads to my e-mail and their unsubscribe page is in Chinese.
