Berrylook Fashion Trading Limited Would not refund money from canceled order.
My wife ordered 4 dresses from this HORRIBLE company on August 8th. She found the terrible reviews about ripoffs and poor quality the next day and canceled her order and wanted her refund of $107.75. This transaction was through Paypal. Berrylook acknowledged the cancelation and said they would refund the $107.75. After a few days we checked our Paypal account and no refund. Several back and forth emails with Berrylook yielded nothing but empty promises. On 9-26-2018 we contacted Paypal and filed a complaint by phone which can be a long process which took about 45 miniutes on the phone. The customer service rep. was very helpful and took the time to precess our claim. Within eight hours our refund was in our Paypal account,they accomplished in a few hours what we could not in almost two months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHINA BASED RIPOFF OUTFIT.
