Complaint Review: Berrylook

Berrylook I bought a jacket with Berrylook over 2 months ago and still have not received it. I have asked for a refund several times but Berrylook refuses to send me a refund and instead keeps asking me to be patient and wait. It’s clear however they have no intention of sending me anything, it’s a sham company that Facebook allows to advertise on their site.

I bought a jacket from Berrylook 17 September and it’s now 5 November and I still have not received the jacket. I have emailed the company several times asking about when I will receive the jacket. Each time they reply that they have a high volume and I should be patient.

I have asked for a refund on each occasion and been told to wait instead or that I can have a $5 coupon or pick another item of clothing instead. I have said clearly each time that I’ve waited too long and want a refund.

Berrylook refuse to give me a refund or ship the jacket, they are clearly a sham company. Facebook allows them to advertise and they should be stopped!
