I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from BerryLook a month or so ago. Received an email stating that merchandise had been mailed and listed the tracking number of 300628874765 also. When I tried tracking that number it said that number could not be found. Also I cannot call them because the number listed does not even belong to them. My order number is E404276. Would you please look into this matter and inform me of what s going on. Thanking you in advance.

I reported last week on 10/17 that I had not received a pair of tennis shoes that were ordered and could not even use the tracking number that was provided. Well today 10/22 I finally received them. Maybe I should have waited a little longer before reporting but when the tracking number was not recognized I became leery. I do have them now and I am sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks much for your help.
