Complaint Review: Bert Ferrer - EFMG

To the owners and associates of EFMG, you have scamed me out of very hard earned money to not do anything to help me with a home mitigation.

You sounded good at first, and you had an excellent front, but know as we all know, you have gone out of business and left me and many others in a hell of a situation. I hope that noone lost their homes because of these lies! Thank Goodness my mortgage company told me not to deal with your company!

At first I talked to Bert Ferrer. He was very accommodating at first, but then after one month, it was hard to get a hold of him. He never returned phone calls and had a answering service. That alone should have told me that something was wrong, but I gave him the benefit of a doubt.

After not getting anywhere with Ferrer, I was given to Jason(at the corp office in Florida. He was helpful at first. I'm pretty sure he knew at this time that the mortgage company had not wanted to negotiate. He seemed very surprised when I told him my Mortgage comp told me they received a call regarding my mitigation. The only time I got a call from Jason, was when it was time for a payment to be due .You have the ordacity to want to threaten comsumers when you cannot collect the total fee amount you charge for your services. These fees are for many services that were not even done. 3000-4000 $$$ just call my mortgage company once or twice. To top it off the first time you called they told you there was no way to mitigate.

How do you sleep at night knowing that you are ripping people off with your false business practices.

To ANY and ALL PEOPLE EFMG throughly worked over financilly and mentally, and has only complicated my previous issues to the IRS.

I hope a class action law suit can be acquired and all involved pay dearly to the respect to all of the people that have been RIPpED OFF!!!

We must put this company and these people out of business forever. We have enough problems with people taking advantage of people losing their homes, and now we're losing more money because of the corrupt company.

Please call (((phone numberr redacted))) so that we can put a group of people together to file this lawsuit.

By the way Bert Ferrer is mentioned in another rip off report on this website for Tax Relief Assc(IRS debt) same scenario...
