Bert Wolfe ford The horrific service department Charleston
I went to Bert Wolfe ford to have the recall fixed on our suv. They said it would take 2 hours well I was there from 8:30 to 3:30. Called ford and told them the situation and they said that I was supposed to have a loaner car till mine was fixed. The lady back in service said that they didn't do loaners so I was literally stuck there. I was thinking about buying an explorer off their used lot. But not now. I won't every go back to them for anything
