His knowledgeable about the condition/authenticity of the items he sells isn't the best. For antique and vintage jewelry, condition is everything. It is too easy to overpay if you fail to understand the true condition up front. Buyer Beware because social media and auction sites do not protect customers from misrepresentation. At best, customers will get their money back but not the time or disappointment after dealing with a business owner who is rude and nasty when you bring a problem to their attention.
