Complaint Review: Bessemer Utilities In Alabama

my cousin mom is a hard worker and pay her bills on time,when some mayor of bessemer,alabama was in office he was helping people he knew with their bills,everytime he was elected,then it was a big mess there,and the poor people had to pay for what he has done.when my cousin mom got her electric bill they claimed she was to pay about 230 for her bill but when the scandal there at bessemer utilities went on she had to pay over 4000k,yes 4 thousand dollars,she tried persuing it in court but they made her pay the whole amount.her lights were cut off they didnt give her any plan at all to pay for it.i wondered,she must be paying for the entire neighborhood bill then if they charged her 4000 dollars.I want yall to investigate and see why they charge people so much money and everyone is trying to make it.i think they should lower people bills during summer and winter times.
