Complaint Review: Bessemer Utilities In Alabama

i have a friend whos a good person and pays her bills faithfully but this particular month her bills for her electricity was 2500 dollars and theres no way in the world she couldve used that much electricity. Ive heard theres alot of crookedness going on at the utility company raising prices on the poor people and making them pay the full amount. if you all can help and put them on blast, it will sure bring justice to those who have been played for fools all these years. if you all do call, please ask for the supervisor or talk to the major of the city. something isnt right if someone has to pay thousands of dollars for one bill, and they claim he/she didnt pay for a whole year? cmon no company will let you get away with paying a year of free electricity! if you all can please put this behind us and give us justice, call their local news station if you have to, or have private investigators to see for yourself how crooked they are as a company
