Bessemer Utilities Total Ripoff- They changed my meter out because they said it was outdated. The technician never reset the new meter and I was charge $350. for 1 month of service when I had been charged no more than $150. for a month of service. Bessemer Alabama
Bessemer Utiltites is a total ripoff- They will over charge you for services you never used and will not call you back or let you know what is going on if you call with a problem. They will just turn around and bill you again. What choice do you have other than to pay them or be without power!!!!

I sugest that all of these people who are getting ripped off by Bessemer Utilities should sign a petition and all get together
to resolve this corruption in our electric company, and invite the mayor, and attorney general to look into this matter.
