I was having problems with my air conditioner unit not coming on and I seen the advertisement on a sign that their company fixes A/C units. I called the service to come out to my house and they came out on Friday March 18, 2011 to handle the matter. The service stated that they charge a $49 service fee for coming out.

Two white males came to my house and stated that they were there to fix my unit. The main tech was named Terry and the other male with him was his brother that assisted him. They began to repair the unit and told me that my capacitors to the fans were out, and the coils needed to be cleaned. Terry asked for $150.00 to go and purchase the parts for the job and told me my total cost would total $350.00.

I had to leave, but I left my mother at the home to oversee the finishing product. My mother called me and told me that the AC unit would not shut off even with the thermostat off. When I returned home I noticed the same problem with the running unit, the wires were exposed, and vent covers hanging off. I called Terry to come back out and fix the problem but he told me that he was not going to come back out to fix something that I the client could handle myself. He told me that my transformer was out and that he needed to replace it. I told him that I needed him to come and fix the problem that I spoke to him about. He became rude and hung up in my face.

I lost $350 and my mother and grandmother are still in heat.
