Posted: Aug 15 2007 Made contract with Best built Interiors on Bar. Was to be done in solid oak finishing but came to me in pine, compressed wood etccccc. It was also to be stained as close to oak as my pictures I had given this company.... was done in red ceder. Have over 40 pictures and will be posting them for anyone wishing to see there quality of work. Yes I have tried to resolve this with them but ended up no where. After we gave him the second payment he stopped all work on our project. He is not returning our phone calls. His main business phone is not active. He did not hang the door as per the contract. He did not clean up his mess. He did not provide the new kitchen cabinets. He did not provide the new granite counter top. He usually didn't keep appointments and never called to let you know. Posted: Oct 25 2007 -Unreliable -Messy -Did not complete work as instructed -Poor communicator -Asked for second payment. When given came back once to do a bad repair job on some floor tiles then never heard back from them. - I would not recommend this contractor

3. www.insiderpages.com Greater Niagara Interiors HORRIBLE AND RIPOFF we hired carmelo (who is the owner) to help renovate our office - he does not pay his workers, and then tells them we owe him money when we paid him in advance. he disappeared for weeks at times and would leave his workers to complete the job but they were not getting paid. he spent all the money we gave him before paying his people and we gave him a slight advance for another house project we had him do, and he did not finish, wanted more money, did not comply with our contract we signed, and disappeared. he owes us about $20,000 worth or work and/or cash. he is a thief.
