Best Buy#13 took my cash and didnt place order and acted like no record fargo, North Dakota

went to best buy #13 in fargo went to place order with gal at store for sons birthday it was on sale ,so we drove 1 hour to store they didnt carry in store so placed order paid cash they gave ored and stapled to it a gift card they said if order didnt go thre money would be returned to card.                                                                                                                                                             
icalled store when date was over due and asked when it was comeing a gal named katlin said i woul get it october 16th that day ,she then informed me to check order number on line i then did it said invalid order number and i called them back and katlin answeared and i asked if she could give me tracking number for ups as i couldnt get in said invalid she put me on hold next thing i was trasnfered to some place in florida ,that gal asked for order number and said no such order was place i said i paid cash what did they do steal my money ,and before anything is settaled the phone hangs up.       

i called fargo back and again katlin says their is no record of order i have to call corperate office and talk to them and i ask her how are they supose to find it if you cant she said they had paper work laying their but no order isaid well earlier you told me it was comeing today wher did you pull that out of your a--  she hung up on me then and i called back they keep hanging up i spent 296.98 dollars cash and they wouldnt tell me anything again called corperate ,they tryed to find it couldnt they did 3 way call to fargo nd then paul was on phone they said reciept said i only signed up for reward zones i said why would i do that unless i was makeing a good purchase then phones got hung up again before anything settled .     
                                                                                                                                                  
 called fargo again talked to paul he took recipt number and again said no record of purchase i said im comeing with my reciept and drove 1 hour and showed my reciept and then he was able to pull up told him i feel im getting scammed they take my cash and give me run around then i called corperate in minnasota and talked to a dean their he said he would be following this and help  well next day money was returned to card i drove back down thier to reorer they assured me it was a good order  then sunday get e mail saying no order call 1888bestbuy to reorder called them the price went up 100.00 extre dollars  she asked for override on price then went to place it asked for money i told them they had my money she asked for another form of payment i said no you already have my money then she checked and said they would not refund my money for 5 to 7 working days   they have my money they wont honor my order and then they have the adasity to ask for more money  they are crooks. my sons birthday is comeing and i have no money no present ,they really shouldnt be in business no one else would get a way with theft like that
