Best Buy and GeekSquad store 2058 and Best Buy store 1157 Be Warn they damage laptop refuse to Honor warranty,pack of lairs waste of time& money Baton Rouge Louisiana

The list is of complaints I have with Both Best besy store in Baton Rouge La, would take a about 3 soild month to write. for now am post some issue that other busy should be warn of.

I found out that best buy sell cheap cause they no most of there items are defected and they can legal

rip us off .Best Buy / Capitol One have financail and emoional Rape me 

1 Copy all recipet the day of sell

2 Compare your purchase with billing month after you made you buy

3 Keep record of every issues have and who you spoke with.

4 Read the fine line don't waste time fuss about serivce. I stop paying Captiol One. Thier own policey

was very clear when I could.

5.If you buy there In store plans they change how they want honor it And offer don't. You may be smarter than Geek Squad Tec. Read your manual to product,  Get help online and from the Brand Company of the items

   Top reason top reason I will never do business with Best Buy or Captial One 

1 I spoke to over 30 people in 3 months only 1 wasn't a lair.

2 Their record shows my best buy credit card was over charge on sell.

Geek Sqaud damage my new laptop, fail to fix simple repairs cover under Plan.

3. Best buy open more than one account under my name & didnt creidt my rewards points

4 Block me out of my account, add email to my account that wasn't mind , Play all type of stall mind games

Repeatly humble myself when to both stores as I was told by their phone agents to resolve issues

Only to waste gas , time, money and leave in pain I use a walker due to seveal disable

  Store Mangers, Best Buy phone agents and Captiol One Refuse to made anything right

 they don't care that I been a loyalty buyer since 2005 became credit card holder and never miss a paymemt

inspite of poor service. Please read fine lines the change their ploicey, Buying from them have been a daymare left me feeling RAPE
