I had purchase a Lincoln Navigator from Best Buy on June 2006. This car had a tag at the lot for 16,000.00. By the time I finished negotianing with Best Buy I ended paying over $25,000.00

Best Buy had made it so that CityFinacial lend me $10,000.00 and I gave Best Buy about $7,000.00 cash, they still demanding more money from me and calling me, that they are going to take the car. My payments with city Financial are $370.00 monthly and Best Buy are $600.00 monthly.

My main problem with this is that as soon that I bought this car, a week later the transmision broked and it was rebuild by this cost me $185.00 because the waranty that I had purchased pay for some of the repair. The next day that the repair was done (transmision) the car was making a loud sound coming from the motor, the dealer sent me to another car repair place and they did an allignment on the tires, (I pay $107.00) for this service. The car started is not working and the allignment will have to get done over again because the car did not had good tires.

I cant drive this car and it have been in my garage for 3 months because the started, brakes and it is a loud noise every time I turn the wheels. Now, I could call them to fix it, but It looks like I have to keep on putting money out of my packets (which i dont have) and also this car left me and my grandkids stock in the New Jersey express way (100 degree temperature) it was a bad experience.

The car is a real lemon and they didn't want to trade it or refund some of the money. I can not drive this car because is not save. The starter is very hard to turn, there is a loud noise every time I turn the wheels and I don't have the money for the repairs. My garantee only pays for some of the repairs. When I contacted the dealer they reply that they are going to take the car if I dont pay them the $900.00 I owe them.

Please I need help in this matter dont know where or what else to do. I feel they are getting over me because I dont know much about auto buys. The only thing I know is that this is a real lemon and that the dealer was awared when they sold this car to me.
