I ordered a over the range microwave oven from Best buy. When I went to install it i had found that the bolts for holding it up were defective. I called Best buy to have a new unit  shipped out. They told me I had to return the first one first,Then pay an extra fifty dollars because the price went up since i bought the unit 7 days ago.
