Complaint Review: Best Buy

First I bought a 5 DVD/Audio (COST $377.11)last June with a 6 month defferred plan. At the store they asked me if i want insurance which I said a big NO. First month bill i had additional charged for the insurance.

I called them to let them know i dont want insurance guess what?!!!! 2nd billing I got additional charged again!! I called them back and insist to remove it! I dont want it! Only on my 3rd billing they took it out! What happen to that additional charged? did they give it back to me a big NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Second, I pay them $20.00 every month for 4 month my payment due was only $12.95 so at least it will lower the balance. Again they dont even deducted any of my payment I made and I asked them why? They told me its a defferred finance charged which i have to pay it anyway. So i stop paying them and planning to pay them in full. I pay them a total of $80.00.

Then i found out that they will not gonna credit any of that! I asked customer service to send me information regarding defferred payment but i didnt recieve any. Customer service LIAR!

When i go back to best buy to purchase something they stop my account even i still have $200.00 credit limit! Before the due date of the defferred paln I pay them in full $381.79 Its more than the price of what i have to pay them! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I been RIP OFF REALLY GOOD!!!! remember the normal prize $377.11 I pay them $80.00 + $381.79 + $2.64 $3.39 = 467.82 If Best buy is not scam, when i pay them in full i want my account close and no balance be charged after that. Here they are again sending me bills that i have to pay them $35.32 FOR WHAT? I closed the account a month ago! SCAM @##@#@@#@#@ I WILL NEVER EVER GO NEAR TO ANY OF BEST BUY STORE SCAM SCAM SCAM best buy card and household card are the same!!!!
