Complaint Review: Best Buy

Best Buy Best Buy's "quality service and products" ruined my hardwood floor, kitchen island, and never worked even new out of the box! Kansas City Missouri

My wife and I purchased a new dishwasher from Best Buy in March. 3 months later we found it had a constant leak which had caused the hardwood floors under it water damage. It also leaked through the back of our kitchen island ruining it. We contacted Best Buy who refuses to fix the floor and island at all even though it was their defective product that caused the damage. We have had technicians to our home 4 times to fix our dishwasher, which has been inoperative for a month now. It still isn't fixed. When, on the 4th visit, they actually claimed to fix it we ran it and the kitchen floor immediately flooded. Now they can't get anyone out to look at it for another 1/2 week and I'm sure we'll get the same monkey who "fixed" it last time. Best Buy won't stand behind their products and services!

That's why they call them manufacturer's warranties. They, not Best Buy, will or will not stand behind their product.
