I BOUGHT A GRAPHIC CARD FROM BEST BUY, AND THE WRONG ITEM WAS IN THE IN THE WRONG BOX, I TOOK THE ITEM RIGHT BACK TO BEST BUY AND THE MANAGER ON DUTY, A MS ADRIANE(ONLY NAME GIVEN) TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO SEND IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER, TO WHICH I ASK WHY, I DID NOT GIVE MY MONEY TO THE MANUFACTURER, I GAVE IT TO BEST BUY, BUT SHE GAVE ME NOT ANSWER. I EVEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE,AND THEY SAID THE SAME, THE DAY I BOUGHT THE GRAPHIC CARD THE SALES MAN ENSURED ME THAT IF I HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THE ITEM , I COULD BRING IT BACK FOR A FULL REFUND, I GUESS THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET A SALE
