Complaint Review: Best Buy CinemaNow

Best Buy CinemaNow Doesnt Work with 55LG7600 Device that were purchased at Best Buy, with movies, purchased at Best Buy with the UltraViolet code so the I can load onto the cloud and view the movies. I was missing 5 titles, now the whole libabry is gone and the asnwer I have ebeen getting the past 2 weeks is that it has been elevated......for 2 WEEKS? Internet Iowa

 I bought a 55LG7600 from Best Buy, a smart tv. I started buying movies so that I can play with and use the UltraViolet cloud. #-4 Weeks ago, I notices that 5 new titles were not showing up on my tv, they do on my account on my laptop, but not the tv. I have called every other night to get resolution, nothing. Then it happened. I now have a completely empy library on my tv, which used to have 39 movies on it. Of course to be fair, I have been told that I could watch them on my laptop, tablet or

Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung, Philips and Sharp (Smart TVs & Blu-ray players)
• Insignia (Blu-ray players)
• NetGear (Network players)
• Xbox 360 (Game consoles)
• iOS (iPad's & iPhone's)
• Android (Tablets & Smartphones

of which I own none of. I bought an LG from Best Buy, 55" so that I can watch TV on a bigger format not a tablet or a 17in monitor. I am more than a little tired of the same answer and NO solution. I have enjoyed the Best Buy in this location, but I dont think I can do business with the company as a whole anymore if they cannot support the products that they sell.
