I was told I can return my hot spot device if I changed my mind within 30 days. When I tried to take it back on the 29th day, it was excuse after excuse on why I could not return it. They told me they shut off the data plan and number and I would no longer be billed but they could not refund me the 50 bucks. So, I left nowing I was out 50 bucks. 30 days later, I get a bill for 195.00 of continued use of the devise that they shut off???

So back to the store I go. Not only will they not return my money for the device, I am now in a 2 year contract with AT&T who will not terminate the service without best buy sending them a return letter. I have talked with everyone in the store and at corporate. No one cares!!! They all pass the buck to the next department. It is an on going scam to jerk people off until they just give up and pay.

As of today April 8th 2012, I have not heard back from a single person that will address this issue. I have left numerous messages and emails and I am told the only people that can reverse these charges are at the store level. What do you do when the store management refuses to respond to anything? I have been back to the store 5 times in person and asked for a manager. All 5 times NO-MANAGER!!! Who operates this way?

Do you have documentation to support that claim? Does that documentation have exceptions to the return policy?
