Best Buy Defective, failed, blacked out, refurbished, negative quality, no refund given, no exchange given. San Bernardino California

About two yeatrs ago I purchased this HP windows 7 laptop with Best Buy Credit which continues to be paid. Almost 2 weeks later this laptop randomly blacked out and shut down. I turned it on but it claimed to have completely crashed and erase all data. I had the Geek Squad at Best Buy try to fix it on 5 different occasions. Unfortunately, this laptop kept doing the same thing.

I have been attending college for 3 years and this laptop has caused so much trouble with assignmets due to it's random blackouts and crashes. A new laptop should not become defective in only 2 weeks. I misssed several important college assignments because this laptop had suddenly crashed in the middle of writing an essay. 

I tried to ask for a refund or a laptop exchange but was refused this alternative. I was later told by one of the Best Buy workers that he suspected this laptop was refurbished and sold as a new one. He told me to make a report on this in order to know if I could receive a refund or an exchange. 

It would be very much appreciated if this were to be investigated. I would like to receive a refund or an exchange of laptop. Thank you.
