Department of Insurance

I tried to settle losses and damages with Best Buys Robert Feivor who turned issue over to ESIS their Insurance and a Jeff Randol.  There was an earlier issue on invoice 9123451 installation of a radio deck in the dash at their store 1499 on 7308 S.Olympia Ave.  in Tulsa Oklahoma.
This issue now involves a different store 221 which is located at 10303 71st in Tulsa Oklahoma, but these are for invoice number 1888246 for the installation of a 4 channel amp and invoice number 1888195 for the installation of component speakers which included a crossover, tweeter and woofer in the front doors.

As you can tell these are different dates, different installation done on totally different days which Best Buy tries to confuse the first invoice the only one they addressed and settle with the other invoices and ESIS Best Buys insurance seems to follow suit.

Robert Feivor for Best Buy told BBB President I Baughn BBB MN, email lbaughn@thefirstbbb.org and or Maureen Slater MN BBB, email mslater@thefirstbbb.org that I need to contact ESIS their insurance, so I put a envelope together with pictures, copies of invoices and damage caused by their work and sent letter to their insurance ESIS and the attention Jeff Randol who simply ignored any contact from there on.

I wrote the Lori Swanson the Attorney General and they again would not respond and only said that Jeff Randol needs to address issues, but what do I do if mailed copies of paper work with details of invoice 1888195 where they did not bolt back panels of my doors covers securily or bolt down crossover and pictures show the crossover falling out the bottom of the cars door.  Picture of issue with other invoice 1888246 where the amplifier was not bolted down with all 4 bolt holes and only screwed into the cars carpet not through the carpet into melt so the amp would not slid against the capacitors positive and negative wires which shorted out the cars electrical system and we included a invoice for those repairs.  They have not even offered to refund charges of bad work from issues above.

What better way to show damages then with actual pictures and copies of invoices stating the facts on each invoice separately.  BBB said they can only let Best Buy know of issues, but beyond that there was nothing they could do.  They were told issue had to go to ESIS insurance where we mailed the above mentioned paper work.  What else can I do if the copies of invoices, paper work and pictures are not enough for their carrier to respond to issues and why does their carrier ignore me?  Is their nothing I can do to counter them ignoring me like I will just fade away because their such a big company and impossible to beat?

Please advise me of my rights if any and if you need to contact the BBB or Attorney General they both should have a file on this and its OK with me as they too should have paper work on issues.

I have pictures which are also at the BBB and believe the Attorney General's office in MN.  There is other on line evidence as noted on web page posted below:
