I am extremely angry about my experience with Geek Squad at the Best Buy store in Brandon, FL. I originally brought a Dell Inspiron 1470 in Red to get the motherboard replaced. After I got it back, the fan was clicking at high CPU load and the wrong darn motherboard was put in! It had a 1570 motherboard in a 1470 chassis. When I took it back in, the idiots at Geek Squad had the gull to tell me that clicking sounds from the CPU are perfectly OK. I've been working on computers for 10 years now so I know that is definitely NOT supposed to happen.  I would like a new laptop as compensation for my troubles especially considering I have the Geek Squad Black Tie protection and the laptop's only 7 months old.
