Best Buy Geek Squad ripoff gives run around and know nothing about computers Springfield Illinois

Computer was in shop 4 weeks. Was told it was software problem and then took another week and a half to find out was hardrive. Sent away and got back then got run around to finish that took almost another week. Got computer home Internet won't connect - pages won't come up computer a total mess. Finally got Internet straightened out after another day and ahalf. Still will not work right. Is totally messed up. Told Best Buy the need to reset it back to the way it was before and they told me they couldn't without charge. Approximently $100 to do the work. Also computer has dings and scratches from being mis handled. Never again Best Buy! Computer still locks up--messes up and a mess.
