This morning I recieved an email stating that geek squad was going to automaticly deduct my yearly subscription price from my account on June 2, 2015. I phoned them to say I did not want to renew. The very nice lady verified that I had paid my last subscription in full and it would expire on June 1, 2015. I told her I did not want to renew my subscription of web root thru geek squad on on June 2, 2015. She then informed me she was canceling my renewal and that it would take place immediatly.  I have no issues with Web Root, they are great, but for geek squad to cancel my security 1 month prior to expiration ??? I will never use their services again for any reson. Best Buy should reconsider Geek Squad in my humble opinion.
