My order was placed on November 6, 2002 with the promise that the order would be processed in 3-5 days plus the shippping time. I have sent several emails that go unanswered. I placed my order through a site using the company name Golf Equipment Inc.

However, when my order was taken, the confirmation came back from Best Buy Golf Supply so any buyers may want to beware of either company name.

Their website displays the BBB symbol and I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB. At this point, I don't believe the company has any intention of sending any product and hopefully I can stop any payment through the credit card company.

Company is missing the point

I previously had attempted to do business with Best Buy Golf Supply. The owner is completely missing the point here. The one common theme in all of the complaint is a lack of communication. In my attempting dealings with them last year numerous phone calls and emails went unreturned. If there are problems with filling orders, it is the company's responsibility to communicate this to the customer. This company simply does not get it.

All our products come from overseas. If our factory is out of stock or behind in production we can not control that. We have "never" charged a customers credit card without sending them the product they ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience and try to meet every customers needs. We do sell a lot of equipment and we will run out of stock occasinally on certain products because of the demand.
