Ordered 20 golf grips on June 9, 2009. My credit card was charged $145.89 on June 9, 2009. As of August 16, 2009 I have yet to receive the order.
Order follow-up can only be done via email. I have sent at least 5 emails inquiring about the status of the order. I have never received a response to any of the emails.
