I placed an order with this company on line for a set of golf clubs on 1/24 for my husbands birthday that is today 2/20. Their information stated delivery in 3-7 business days. The amount of the purchase for a set of Cleveland ta5 golf clubs was 399.95.

The site said that shipping would be entered in at the end of the checkout. There never was any shipping added. I received a phone call a few days later telling me that they were charging me $13 and change for shipping.

I was a little upset about that because I felt that the shipping charge should have been disclosed prior to or during checkout for my review as a customer. I let that go.

Towards the beginning of the month, I started to get nervous because these clubs were not being delivered. I have emailed and called BestBuy Golf supply several times and have never received a reply from anyone in any way. Several times that I have called, I get a fax noise or a generic answering machine. When I do get an answering machine, it is always a different voice. This leads me to believe that the company is not very legit and is probably in someone's basement.

The answering machine also always claims that all agents are helping other customers and they will get right back to you. Well, today is my husband's birthday and no golf clubs. So, I decided to phone Citibank Visa to find out if my credit card was ever charged. It was, in fact charged on 1/24 for the full amount and then credited on 2/13 for the same amount.

These people never informed me that I would not be receiving the product that I ordered. I have been shopping on line for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE PITS!!!! Please don't ever give them your business.

Rebuttal:

We did make an honest mistake on this customer and we sincerely do apologize. However we have to take the responsibility for our manufacturer not having the product in stock. From this incident we no longer charge credit cards until the products are packaged and ready to ship. Once again we do apologize.
